DJ Jan is resident in Illusion sinds 1993. Hij heeft zowat op elke Trance-party in België gedraaid die iets te betekenen had sinds begin jaren 90.
Vroeger was hij o.a. resident in Carat , Pharao Dreamland , Level2level, Shaft (friday's)...
Het meeste waardevolle in zijn dj-carrière hecht hij echter aan zijn residentie in de trancetempel Illusion te Lier waar hij dit jaar 17 jaar resident zal zijn.
Daarnaast is Jan ook labelmanager van 2 labels: Anaconda records @ A&S, en Revelation records @ AGM (het label van Illusion).
